一般社団法人カームテクノロジー協会は、日本の文化とデザインに明確な焦点を当てて、Calm Technology（カーム・テクノロジー）の原則を推進することに特化した組織です。京都の中心部に位置する京都支部は、その1300年の歴史を基盤に、テクノロジー文脈において過去と現在をつなぐ架け橋として貢献します。

Purpose

The Kyoto branch aims to explore and integrate Japanese aesthetic principles and craft into the evolving field of Calm Technology.

By celebrating Japan’s rich cultural heritage, the Institute aspires to create technologies that harmonize with human life, respecting attention, sensory balance, and sustainability.

京都支部は、日本の工芸などに見られる美意識を探求し、Calm Technologyの分野に統合させ、当分野のさらなる発展を目指します。

日本に残る豊かな文化遺産を讃え、そのインスピレーションを活かし、人間の生活により調和し、人の注意や五感のバランス、持続可能性を尊重した技術の創出を志しています。
