Introducing Calm Tech Pre-Certified™ for Products Under Development

We're excited to announce the launch of Calm Tech Pre-Certified™, a program that pre-certifies products. For the first time, companies and organizations will be able to work with the Calm Tech Institute from the inception/early design stages of their future products to ensure they follow standards that work with human attention and time.

Why Pre-Certified?

While we've certified innovative products already on the market, we also see the need to help shape products before they're fully developed – catching potential issues early on, rather than after launch. 

Pre-Certification Process:

• Schedule a call with us to see if your product would be a good candidate

• Send us your product or prototype if you can

• We'll interview you about your product and your design choices

• We'll provide you with any flags that might prevent your product from passing certification, such as lighting, buttons, or sound

This process is designed to be a fast process with rapid turnaround and a single flat admin fee. Typically pre-certification can be done in 1-2 weeks.

When pre-certified, you'll get usage rights for the pre-certified logo which you can use in your promotional and fundraising materials.

Once out of production, when the product is being prepped for consumer launch, pre-certified products will have the option of applying the admin fee towards official Calm Tech Certification.
